2. Service Description

LingDong ERP provides tools for TikTok Shop sellers to manage orders, products, inventory, shipments and after-sales operations through TikTok Shop Open APIs.

3. User Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to comply with all applicable TikTok Shop policies.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or in a manner that violates TikTok Shop Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
