LingDong ERP ("we", "our") provides an ERP management service for TikTok Shop sellers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: email, company name, password (encrypted).
Shop data obtained via TikTok Shop Open API: orders, products, inventory, shipments, and related operational data.
Usage data: log information, access time, IP address.

2. How We Use Information

To provide ERP functions such as order management, product management and inventory synchronization.
To maintain service security and prevent abuse.
To improve product features and user experience.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We only share data with TikTok Shop Open Platform for the purpose of operating authorized services, or when required by law.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted via HTTPS and stored encrypted. Access tokens are stored in secure vaults with restricted access.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@lingdong-erp.com.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time. Disconnecting a shop from LingDong will revoke our access to that shop's data.
